The stay was a pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights was being so close to attractions like the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia and the Ethnological Museum, which made sightseeing really convenient. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice coffee selection that helped start the day right. I did find that the bathroom was quite compact, and some noise from nearby restaurants could be heard during the night.

They gave me run of house room assigned on arrival with an excellent breakfast, a bath, slippers.
As for me, the area was quite poor.

The location was amazing, really close to an art museum. A main shopping street and shopping streets were right next door. The breakfast was fresh made with a chef making very delicious omelettes, and the staff was hospitable!

The breakfast was tasty with a chef making very delicious omelettes, the best we had in Nicosia. The room was fashionable and new-fashioned with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The marvellous location was short walk from an art museum.
Well, the area was quite poor overall.

The bathroom space is surprisingly cramped relative to the overall room size, which might be a hassle. The hot water in the shower fluctuates and requires some skill to maintain a steady flow.

Excellent location, staff was friendly, great breakfast, rooms are clean, cozy. Waiffeisen works well.
It was noisy, bad soundproofing, bad smell in the bathroom.

Perfect location near the major pedestrian walkway, I loved how easily accessible everything was from this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, although a bit tight with the huge bed taking up most of the space. Breakfast was good with attentive staff, but I wish there was a bit more variety. The bathroom, unfortunately, was quite small, and the TV options were really disappointing with no English news channels available. Angela and Pericles at the front desk were friendly and helpful, but Chris's attitude left much to be desired when I needed assistance. The noise from nearby restaurants at night could be bothersome, especially in the front rooms. I'd recommend requesting a quieter room if possible. A decent stay but could improve in a few areas.

Nice hotel with great amenities like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a bar. The staff assisted me with currency exchange during my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a city break!

Free wireless. Airy, modern rooms. Room had wooden floors so more evident if the place is clean, and more pleasant in the heat. Plenty of choice for breakfast. In amongst the pedestrian-friendly maze of streets just inside the old town, and a minute from a taxi rank. I was staying late March 11; it wasn't busy; I can imagine breakfast might become crowded if hotel is full.
When I returned late one night, I found all the keys for the rooms just laid out on the front desk, no staff observing who picked them up. The standing request is to leave key at front desk. This seemed very casual / lax; anyone could have wandered in and collected keys. On checking out, it appeared that one of the nights had already been charged to my card; not a big deal, but I don't think that's how it normally works with this site.

The attention and friendlyness of the staff and the position of the Hotel I attended an Archaeology workshop at the head office at the Bank of Cyprus and wandered around Nicosia looking and shopping a very enjoyable stay.
